Cooling/Heating System Service Contract ...
Being a computer guy, I've always been big into getting service contracts. Well, the company I used previously is no longer offering service plans for my heating and AC units. So, I'm in the market for another company. Anyone have any recommendations?
I was considering switching to Keyspan - since they provide our gas service anyway. Anyway have any experience with them - good or bad?

We use Universe and have had no problems with them and find there prices reasonable.

WE will also use Sears because we got a great deal considering they just installed our new furnace and central AC system.
