Stiff neck...
i must've slept the wrong way, because now my neck is stiff on one side, and i can't turn my head to the left....besides a heating pad, what can i do to alleviate some of the pain/discomfort?

don't turn your head to the left 
seriously, try to stretch your head every few minutes. or take advil/aleve.

do you see a chirlpractor? if so ask for the bio freeze stuff..... other wise you can go to the store and get one of those blue gel ice things ... they work just as good! feel better mamma

I have tone of neck problems, I always lean my head to one side all the way then look up (while your head is tilted) and then look down. Hold each for a few secs. the do on the other side. I learned this in phy. therapy. Works well. feel better!

omg - i just tried doing this - the sounds my neck made.... not to mention the PAIN!!!
