people who say it like it is...
do you get into it with them or do u watch what u say? I cant believe how many people say whatever is on their mind when they think it. I am always watching what I say even if I dont agree bc I dont want to hurt the person but then it builds up and I end up exploding at them for all they say.

there is a women in my office who thinks she tells it like it is, but she really just doesn't think before she speaks. she makes herself look like an idiot, so i just ignore her

Most of the time, it's not worth it to "tell it like it is" because if someone needs to "hear it like it is", they probably wouldn't listen to me if I did tell them. Did that make sense? When I need to, and I think it will matter, I tell it like it is. Other than that, I sit back and roll my eyes.
