I tried fish sticks with Andrew at one year, and he did not like them at all.... I think he was expecting a chicken stick and was unpleasantly surprised. I haven't tried them again with him.

When Michael turned one - his ped. said it was okay to try fish... I still haven't and he's 14 months. I figured at the 1.5 year mark I will try it - my kid barely eats table food (thank goodness for jarred) so I figured let me just stick with what he likes right now....

My daughter is almost two and she still never had fish sticks. I've given her chicken nuggets several times. Its one of her favorites.

I havent given John fish yet, but I've been giving him chicken nuggets for 1 1/2 months. He is 11 months

Fish sticks we tried at 15 months, nuggets she's been eating since I think she was 10 months.
