Please help.... my ankles and feet are beyond swollen. UPDATED!
What should I do?
UPDATE:
They are still really swollen. I went home and elevated them- drank a ton of water and when I woke up they were just as swollen as they were when I went to bed.
Do you think I should call the Dr.?

when i had this problem my obgyn and my friends whos a nurse said the only thing to do is keep them elevated. try to keep them alittle above hip level.

I'm not even as far along as you and I noticed the past two days that my ankles are swelling up now too 
Not terribly, but its definitely noticeable. I'm trying the potassium/water keep them elevated stuff so I hope that alleviates it a bit!

I find that if I lay on the bed with my butt up against the wall and my legs extended straight up the wall, all the fluid drains pretty quickly, then I lay on my left side to get the circulation going. It's not always water retention, a lot of times it's blood all pooled up down there from poor circulation.

I mentioned mine were swollen to my OB today and she said besies resting to try to increase my intake of asparagus, grapefruit and cabbage - all natural diuretics.

I would call also, just to be sure. If it's only your feet that's one thing but if your swollen anywhere else you may want to make sure you don't have toxemia.

I just noticed it yesterday too. I went to put on my ballet shoes and they just felt really snug. On closer inspection my feet and my legs looked puffy.
