CIO/Controlled Crying Question
Can you/have you let your baby CIO for naptime??? Noah is struggling with tiredness this morning and I am not sure whether or not I should let him CIO for a nap.
Oy vey. Kids today!

I did CIO for naps before I did it for bedtime since that was our trouble spot in the beginning.

And how long did you let her cry for? I need Noah to succomb to naps, but its not enough for him to nap on me!!! That is unless I want to nap along with him...

I followed the Healthy Sleep Habits book generally - so for naps, up to an hour (although it was never that long!) Crying was the only way to get her to nap during the day without me as her mattress. *sigh*
