My sister is selling her house in East Patchogue
She's having problems selling it. She's having a home built, and due to the warmer weather, her new home is going up quicker than she thought. So she is trying to sell her current home quicker than she had planned.

If anyone knows someone looking for a house in this area, please pass the word about the house. The house has been on the market since November, and my sister is starting to panic that she'll be carrying 2 mortgages!

WHY?
There has to be a reason? The house looks in great condition, is a great , low IMO price. I cant imagine it not selling??

The only reason we can think of is that she put the house up during the winter when not a lot of people are buying. My sister bought the house in 2001 and her and her husband have done a lot of work on the house. The dining room was once a bedroom apartment, they had the house resided, new windows, landscaping, new bathroom upstairs, etc.
They are starting to see more people interested in the house, I just think she is getting frustrated.
