prenatal question-
I just started taking prenatals on tuesday. Every day since i've been sooooo cranky,moody and very bloated. I had 2 slices of pizza & 2 garlic knots for dinner at 5:15 last nite, and 4 hours later I was still so stuffed and bloated and even slightly naucious...
Is this normal?

I don't think the prenatals would do that.. I never had a problem with them.... just the nauseousness sometimes.

do you have this reaction with multi-vitamins?
Prenals are basically Multi-Vitamins, that contain the correct amount and percentages of the various vitamins for a Pregnant or Mursing woman.

not at all...i was taking the one a day essentials every day for years and never really felt like this.
