does anyone that BF have a glass of wine here and there?
if so - do you pump and dump - or wait a few hours? Or do you not drink at all ....ever!

I had wine while I was bf'ing and I never pumped and dumped. I don't believe that was necessary - JMO. I also think it is fine to have a glass of wine when you are pregnant as well. I don't believe in getting drunk or even tipsy when you are pregnant or bf'ing but a glass of wine over an extended period of time I think is fine.

Absolutely; in fact, I'm planning on it tonight  I do not pump, so that's not an option, but I will drink a couple of hours before I know she needs to be fed. If worse comes to worse, I could give her a bottle of formula because we're weaning now.

In the hospital they told me that a glass of wine or a beer here and there is okay. I think they said like one glass of wine or 1 beer for 130 lbs of body weight is okay.

My friends do and they don't pump and dump if they only have a glass or two. I haven't yet.

In the beginning I was so paranoid about this, but now I believe everything is ok in moderation, I have had 1 drink on occasion and never pumped and dumped

oh yeah, I have a glass of wone her or there or a beer, I don't pump and dump, if I have just started the glass, I will still BF, but f I've had a "few" glasses, I'll wait about 2 hrs, I have also been quite tipsy and have BF and my kids have always been fine with it, if anything, they sleep a little better the nexy day . A weekend without a cocktail or 2 for me and my hubby is very rare.

This is the one thing I was probably over cautious about. I pumped and dumped if drank. But one time was certainly called for since I had a bit more than one glass...
