Stopped nursing - but feeling a little "full"
So I stopped nursing Talia 2 days ago...but I felt really guilty this morning when she went for my breast...
I have been feeling really "empty" but tonight I am feeling a little bit engorged. If I pump - do you think I could build up my milk supply enough to feed her 1 time a day at least.
Ugh - the guilt, I hate it. why do I do this to myself?

absolutely! You can build up your supply again. BF 1/day. I had a friend who at 12 months was only doing bedtime Bfing and then her daubghter got sick and wanted to BF more often and she started BFing 1st thing in the morning, at lunch, and at bedtime, wothin 1 week her supply was up again.

Yes you could nurse her once a day. That's how I stopped nursing Joseph - from only when I was home, to twice a day, to once a day.
I don't think you should feel guilty about this - it's not like you've decided not to feed her at all.
