Some good parts, but not as good as I expected.

eta. I was expecting something along the lines of Garden State, which I thought was pretty good.

Re: Elizabeth Town

I watched it last weekend and was disappointed. I thought it was kind of slow.

What kind of movie are you looking for? I just turned off Dancer in the Dark since I don't have the attention span for it right now.

Re: Elizabeth Town

I liked it...It was to be kinda like Garden State and I think Garden State was a little better actually but OMG, I just LOVE Orlando Bloom...and I liked the end of the movie...The beginning was so-so, if you hang in there it gets better, at least for me it did.

Re: Elizabeth Town

DH and I enjoyed it... but i think we're the only people that i know that did.

It kind of has the same premise of Garden State, but GS was much better.

Try renting "Touching the Void". I don't know anyone who wasn't blown away by it. It was a documentary (which I watch a lot of) but very good.

I thought it was slow at first and Kirsten Dunst was super annoying at the beginning but the end kind of made me like the movie.
