I looked at cars this weekend and have a question about it

and I saw a 02 mercury sable 6 cynclinder station wagon which was cute for 9,995. but it had 54,000. miles on it. I looked at others but this one seemed to be the nicest and I kept coming back to it. It had a third row seating which could be hidden which I really liked I just dont know. It was sable green really pretty.

Do you think thats a lot of money for a car like that with that amount of mileage?

If you check out Kelley Blue Book online, they will have good info on what the car is worth. I on the other hand have absolutely no idea if that's a good price!!

Kelley Blue Book

good luck with your car search!!

I looked it up on Kelly Blue book and with out seeing the car I put in excellent condition and the mileage and it only comes out to about $8,340.00.

I would stay away from spending $10k on a used ford/Mercury with 50,000 miles plus.

If you want to spend that much, there are plenty of other statio wagons on the market that you can get for that price....Maybe you can find a sable wagon with less mileage.

I agree...or you could try to chew the dealer down to $8,000..personally if you are looking for a wagon, I would go with a Toyota or Mazda, better reliability.

How about the Mazda MX5? You could probably get a good deal on a used one. It is sporty, good on gas, and it is a Wagon. I dont believe they make them anymore, but if you could find a 2003, or a 2004 I am sure you could get a good deal on it.
