Very Mad at my photo guy from wedding
It has been a year that i have not go my albums.
I been calling him no call back e-mailing him no e-mail back.
I was wondering if i can take the pics that he gave me of my proofs and save them to my computer. Cause i don't want to go though at all to get any of the pics. Cause he is going to take for EVER to get them to.
Me and My cuz had him a photo guy and we are not happy at all.
SOme of my photo came out like crap.
The good ones are from people taking pics.
I'm so upset these are suppose to be memoris for me and they are not going to be good one for me.
Is there anything i can do.
PLus my viedo sucks he was like oh i will put your honeymoon pics at the end of the viedo and he didn't at all and he still has my pics to.

I would go there one evening during the week and make a big stink -- that's probably when they have sales meets with potential customers.
ETA-- I am sorry you are having problems. IT's upsetting that these are your pics and someone is messing with them.

The funny thing is he does not have an office he used to but he runs it out of his home and i don't know were that is at all.
Yeah they are my pics and someone is messing with them.
I really wish i didn't use him at all.

I agree with Christine. I would go up to the office and make a stink. Make sure to bring a copy of your contract.
I would mention to him that you've been patient but that you will have no other choice but to report him to the better business bureau and take him to small claims court.

he does not have an shop or office he runs it out of his house now. He closed it down like 6 months ago.

If you have the correct spelling of his name, do a reverse directory on Google.
If you can't find him there, try the hall you had your reception in. Even though he may not work through them, they may be able to point you in the right direction. Don't let this jerk get away with this. You paid him to do a job and he didn't. Nail him if you can.

That's ridiculous! How did you get him? Was it through your hall? See if they can help you. You don't have the negatives or photos on CD? I would report him to the BBB.

Yeah it is. I got him though a friend. It was not though the hall. I have hte photos on a cd though a slideshow.
I have his name i do'nt know if i can post it on here and his website to.

Does the slideshow have all your proofs on it. If that's the case, I would write off my losses, retrieve the pics from the slideshow and order an album through kodak or something.

I agree with Diva, if all the proofs are there, just take them off the CD and get an album from kodak.

im sorry this is happening to you!!!! but i agree with the others...it always helps more to actually go down there that way you cant be disconnected or put on hold etc.....good luck

If you run it on your computer, before playing it, look at the contents. The pictures should be in a folder. Just upload those to a picture website.
