you can take thin sliced chicken cutlets and roll them with ham and swiss....I am not sure of the sauce though

Here you go. This is my husband's absolute favorite recipe. It is sooo fattening, but he loves it.
Chicken Cordon Bleu
6 Medium Chicken Breasts 8 oz swiss cheese 8 oz ham 3 tbsp flour 1 tsp paprika 6 tbsp butter/margarine 1/2 cup white cooking wine 2 envs/bouillon cube - chicken 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 cup heavy cream
Fold swiss cheese and ham in cutlets and close with toothpicks Mix flour and paprika and coat chicken Melt butter in skillet and cook chicken until brown Add cooking wine and bouillon Reduce heat - cover and simmer for 30 minutes Remove chicken from skillet to dish. (Keep liquid in skillet!)
Gravy Mix cornstarch and cream until smooth. Stir into skillet until a gravy consistency is achieved. Serve over rice.

Thanks girls! I made it before these recipes were posted. I did not eat it, but my DH said it was delish. I tried to keep it somewhat lowfat. After putting the ham and cheese it in and rolling it, I put some italian dressing on the cutlet and then lightly rolled it in bread crumbs. Try it!
