what do dress your baby in underneath it? I want to start using the one I have but not sure if I should just have a onesie or swaddle her with pj's on too?

i was putting DS in his PJs but he seemed to be getting hot so now i just put him in a onesie. it depends on how warm your house is though i guess.

When we used it I had a onesie and pj's underneath but it was winter. Now I would probably use a onesie with pants and no socks.

It is getting warm here so I use really light weight PJ's (not fleece or terry ones). In the summer just a diaper or a onesie. In the winter I used PJ's and the fleece swaddle me. They make ones that aren' fleece which are great for the warmer weather. I would still only use light weight PJ's under it when its warm though. IMO I would rather Miranda be a little cold than overheated since its a SIDS risk.

I used to swaddle Jared in a fleece blanket and he used to break out in a heat rash. Fleece isn't a very breathable material...I'd stick with cotton.
