First go out and buy the book - Taking Charge of your Fertility.

This book will help you though the entire process of charting and help you learn things about your body that you never knew before.

In order to start charting you will need a Basal Body Thermometer. (You might want to do a search on this board to see which ones are the better ones).
You will need to start taking your temp every morning - before you even get out of bed, you wake up (same time EVERYDAY) and roll over grab your thermometer and take your temp.

That is just some of the beginning steps. Good Luck to you!

The BBT (Basal Body Thermometer), goes into more degrees. For instance a regular one will be 98.7, but a BBT will be 98.75.
