I have! I sold a bunch on the Amazon marketplace. You list it like ebay, but they take a bigger cut. I've sold really quickly on there though (mostly old textbooks).

Amazon takes $1.00 per sale and then a percentage of the selling price (10-15% I can't remember...) They charge the buyer for shipping and give you a shipping credit (but I think they keep some of what the buyer pays for shipping.....) I think if you are a large quantity seller, they work it differently, since I see used books on there sometimes for less than $1.00. I think the large quantity sellers pay a monthly fee for unlimited listings or something like that.
One piece of advice: If you sell heavy books, like textbooks, the shipping credit doesn't always cover the cost of the book, so price your stuff accordingly.
