I think it's a load of crap-- those waters have a ton of calories and artificial colors. DO NOT drink these and think you are being healthy. It's like Gatorade.

 I've been drinking them everyday thinking i was being healthy

Yep - take a look at the nutritional info. My friend drinks them, so I looked and went
