We found a nice house-HELP
Ok we found this house that is really cute with a lot of the things we are looking for in a home. Its a nice location, its in our price range, and everything has recently been redone. The only thing is-its small. its a small 2 bdrm. Both bdrms are small we wouldnt even be able to fit a bedroom furniture set in it. A bed with a dresser and maybe one nightstand. The other thing is we want to have another kid soon. We would buy a 2 bdrm house if the 2cond bdrm was big enough for 2 kids to share(we already have a 5 yr old). Now we would be able to build a second floor-funds permitting. SO do you think we should even concider this house- knowing that in a year and a half it will be to small for us? The upside is its perfect for us for right now and its in move in condition. If we got something with more space we will have to spend more money to make it liveable. What would you do???

my DH and I brought a house less than 2 years ago that is small but had alot of what we wanted in a house- great school district, big yard, completely redone and landscaped. we have allready outgrown the house and are about to stretch our funds to the max to put a dormer on.we are trying to have another baby, and we would just have no room. so my advice is to wait it out.

Thanks everyone. As nice as that house is, it would suite someone elses needs better than it would mine. Im going to call my realtor now to let her know the hunt is still on.

I agree with everyone else, def wait. Dont be in a rush its always better to hold keep looking and saving, for something that you can really enjoy.
Lots of luck. WHere are you looking? Maybe people know of houses for sale in the area.
