Does anyone know I can give my post office a gift basket?

I'm at the PO near my office several times a week. I give gift baskets from my business to most of the other offices that I deal with, including Social Security/government offices which do accept them. I'm tipping my carrier at home, but at work I deal with 7-8 different PO employees. Will they accept a gift basket? Does it matter if it is food?

I think that is OK.....I am sure it would be appreciated. We do it with the local churches & cemeteries.....we have been giving these yummy chocolate covered pretzels everyone seems to love!!
