quick temp question

I have not been taking my temp everyday but I want to start...is there a certain time of day you are supposed to take it? Thanks!

yes

right when you wake up...try to take it at the same exact time everyday so that it is the most accurate.

do not move from the bed, do not pass go, do not use the restroom...any of these things can change the temp.

First thing in the am when you wake up... b4 moving at all (i.e. no going to the bathroom, no getting out of bed, etc.)

I read BellaPaige's post and I have been having the same symptoms, especially CD 17, 18 & 19 with CD 19 being supposed implantation day. So since it is too early to test I wanted to start temping.
Also, today the symptoms aren't so bad. So confusing!
