Im going to meet one of my sons' family!!!!
This is so exciting!!!! Before the boys came...I had soemone In Ethiopia search for their relatives so that they could say goodbye or get any info..so one of Paulos' cousins came and sent Paulos with some photos of his father and his cousins, his grandfather etc. We didnt receive any of his mother..but this cousin put an email address on the back of her picture..so I emailed her and she emailed me back..this is how I found his real birthdate, etc. I was able to find out about his mom, etc. So anyhow, this cousin's husband is in the US trying to finish school and he is in DC..so saturday we'll drive up and take him out! Im just so excited to meet someone who knew Paulos as he was growing up...I cant wait to meet him!

we arent able to make it this weekend now..my sister's baby is very sick, so we will stay with her through the weekend so that she can be in the hospital..so we will visit in November with his cousin. I emailed him and he hasnt responded...but I am anxious to meet his family, although he wants to come to NJ and stay with us..but I hestitate because there is a language barrier and Im not sure how long he wants to stay for, he has no job and I really can't support him, so Im scared.

That is understandable. BUt it is so wodnerful that you are encouraging your boys to keep in touch with their family and efforts to maintain their culture. You are such an angel.
