Update - they lowered the price of this scary house...by $99k!
Maybe they came on LIF and saw all of us blown away by the price LOL
But they dropped the price of this shack from $399k ro $300k in about 2 wks!

Someone was on here and said it was her friend's grandmother's house (who recently passed away) and I think she said there was an offer on it....but for them to drop the price by almust $100,000 is a HUGE drop - makes me think that there is something seriously wrong with the house (aside from the obvious I mean).
