why do people think its ok to tell you how big you look?

I was at a shop while on vacation in Lake George and this woman asked me when the baby is due and I say December and she says WOW you are Really BIG for being due in December

Even if that is true(which I dont think I am HUGE) You dont say that to someone

I guess im the only one that wont be offended in that category. I cant wait to look preggo. They are probably just referring to the size of your belly, probably nothing else.

I know that when i wasnt preggo I used to make comments, but not directly to people but kinda behind their back. like "wow, she is big - she must be due any day"

You shouldnt even pay attention to them if it bothers you. Just ignore!!!

I get told I am too small which could be worse when I eventually gain the whole belly and they ask if I gained 40 pounds this month!

i dont understand why people have to say anything - why cant they just say "ohh how exciting!!" or something nice like that - IS IT THAT HARD!?!?!?!?

I just don't get it. The other thing I noticed when I was out with my pg friend, who was like 32 weeks along, is the way they stared at her like they never saw a preggo before. She was big, but seriously! It was like she was a circus act or something.
