Anyone do PG yoga and is there a PG pilates?
I am deciding whether or not to cancel my membership to Jazzercise and go with 1 of the options above. With Jazzercise there is a lot of movement and Im not sure how safe that is. Also is you workout with weights or machines is that safe too? Im wondering about the exertion or strain we do when using machines and weights. Thanks for any input!

I got a video for PG pilates that was a joke compared to the regular. I am not doing certain exercises from the regular and will switch to PG when I am bigger.
I think there is the same for yoga.
Light weights should be fine. I workout at home with my stuff (treadmill, bike etc and free weights).

Light weights are fine, but you shouldn't lift so that you are really straining.
