Well we recieved multiple offers in just about a month on the market and we finally settled with one couple! After some minor glitches!
I am very excited to move but now I am nervous about finding a new house! there are so many houses on the market but DH and I are really picky and cant seem to find one we really love or even just Really really like!
Oh well! at least one thing is taken off our list!
I never realized how stressful selling your house can be!!!!

Thanks, we are sad to go but its time to move on! Hopefully we can find a new house now....
I love how everyone keeps telling me that the market has so many houses blah blah blah.....yet I have not found one house i can picture my self in! GO figure!
