flying with a baby on lap- 10 months
Am I nuts? We really cant afford to buy him a ticket and on jetblue they are full price they reccoment that he is on my lap. HE is a calm baby for the most part but Im scared has anyone been successful with this?
eta- the flight is to arizona.

how long is the flight? if it's not too long and there are 2 of you ( you and DH) it's nto too bad, IMO.

I flew with Mallory on my lap... she was 11 months and she slept most of the flight... it was fine... I knew if I had gotten a seat for her she would have ended up on my lap anyway

I did it 6 1/2 hours to Oregon & Ireland. AS long as you have someone w/ you it should be alot easier. Also, take enough stuff to keep him occupied
