It may be different depending on your doctor... .So far Logan has had month 2 & 3... two shots each visit.
Month 1 - none
Month 2
1. Hepatitis B & HIP (not sure what HIP stands for, I think its Haemophilus/ Influenzae)
2. Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis.
Month 3
1. Inactivated Poliovirus
2. Prevnar
We havent gone for month 4 yet but I think its mmr.
ETA - sorry I was off by a month.. He didnt get any shots until 2 month visit

why does an infant need to get a hepatitis shot...we never got that as infants. I had those shots in high school.

Mine were VERY different.. Months 2 and 4 It was Hepb, Prevnar and Pedix( these are all combos of Polio, Diptheria, and a bunch of other thngs)
month 9 i got a Hepb
month12 I got prevnar and Chicken pox
and now we are up tpo Month 15 and It is the MMR.
