Starting a new job on Monday..
I hate starting a new job. It always feels so strange and foreign for awhile. How long did it take you to become confident and comfortable in your current position? I feel like it takes a few months...

its the worst feeling! but i started feeling more comfortable after 2 weeks....and golden afrer someone newer joined and i wasnt the newbie anymore

I hate that too. It usually takes me a couple of months before I'm comfortable. It's such a big adjustment for me. So much change: new job, new people to get to know, new surroundings, etc...

i just started my new job a month ago...I definitely feel more comfortable than i did at first but not 100%.

it usually takes me about a month. Just think that everyone there has been new at one time or another. Good Luck

It definitely takes a few months. Honestly, I started at my current job a year ago and I think I truly started to feel integrated and comfortable in May. But you'll be fine and the time flies by bc you're busy figuring things out. Good luck
