Anyone know of any Furniture store running the 2 or 3 year no payment promotion?
If anyone sees any commercials or anything let me know..

I would imagine there will be a ton of 110 furniture stores this weekend doing that. On Saturday in Newsday (and Sunday) there will be all the ads.

I agree. No doubt ALL of the "big" stores will have special financing this weekend.

I just came back from Raymour & Flanigan and Levitz this evening and they both are having sales that started today and end Monday for Memorial Day. They both are offering 3 years interest free - no payments until 2009!!!!!!!!!!!

Thing is actually.. I dont even want to buy anything till I get my house ( hopefully august)
I wonder if I open the charge if they would extend it for a couple months.

WE DID THIS 2 YEARS AGO, WE WENT MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND AND MOST OF THE STUFF WE MAD DELIVERY FOR AUGUST.

They told me that you can push off your delivery for when you want and your R&F credit card doesn't get charged until the delivery date.

Most of these places run these promotions all the time. I wouldn't go and open up lines of credit before purchasing a house..don't over extend before getting your mortgage.

I just got back! We didn't spend 2k, which is what you need to get the 3 year deal, but they offered a great one for one year. What a store! Thanks for the tip, I finally got livingroom furniture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow, thats great!
Heres a little tip that I have done in the past when I did the no payments for any lenght of time.
When the bill comes in every month and says u owe Nothing.. I would give like 25 bucks or something.. so when I really had to start paying I was always way ahead of the game..
