When to pack the hospital bag?
I know it's early for me at 31 weeks...but when would be a "safe" time--I think I might keep it in my car too.
And a list of what to bring? Do I bring several outfits for the baby??

I'm 38 weeks and I'm still putting stuff in my bag...I started at around 36 weeks...which is when I think you should start putting it together and make sure the basics are in it.
I only have one outfit packed for the baby...the coming home outfit.
If I decide that I want hospital pics taken in another outfit, I'll probably throw another one in the bag.

Don't ask me. Mine still wasn't totally packed when I went into labor. DH had to call me from the house while I was in the hospital and I was overdue! 
Shame on me for procrastinating.

I started packing mine last week at 36 weeks and still have to put some stuff in it. I'm bringing one outfit for the baby.

I started mine at 34 weeks but didn't get to finish because I delivered at 35 weeks. And since I was brought to the hospital by ambulence, I didnt get to bring the bag with me.

I am 35 weeks and started to just get things together. I went the other day to get some toiletries for myself, including some maxi pads. Gosh I haven't used a maxi pad in years, so had no clue what was good or bad.... Just made sure it was super asorbabant  I packed the babies Diaper Bag with a few outfits, socks, mits and a blanket. I will pack my bag of clothing soon and be all set to go. I know I can't count on DH to do this for me, if I were to go into labor early. The other day I put the stroller and swing together. I have the car seat waiting, but not in the car yet. Don't forget to pack the camera and make sure you have extra batteries.

The first thing I did was made a list of all the things I needed and wanted to pack. Then at around 35 days I started packing the bag and left the list on top so that I new what I still needed to pack....I would also add stuff to the list that happened to pop into my head that I forgot. Then I just crossed out the stuff as I packed them. I only brought one outfit for the baby to come home in!

I packed mine at 38 weeks...the night before I went in for my c-section. Can you tell I'm a procrastinator?
