A good update!
DH saw the urologist tonight. She was soooo nice.
She came highly recommended and supposedly is one of the best dealing with infertility...
SO...She looked over the SA's and the mini SA's they did at each IUI...and she kept saying, OH these numbers are good, very very good. ( Ok, smiles all around)
Then she did DHs exam( she actually asked me to stay in room) And she kept saying perfect, wow, what a perfect exam...
She said he has NO problems what so ever, and she would not even reccomend a testosterone blood test or a sono , she is positive he is great.
She said the low morph is odd...But she thinks it could be a vitamin defeicency, exposure to seond hand smoke( which is proven to lower morph) or an un noticed infection , which can affect sperm for up to 5 months later.
So she advised to keep taking the Fertiliaid and supplement with some Vitamins, C, E, Zinc and L Carnitine
And she has no doubts he would be able to fertilize an egg!

we are playing it by ear still. I know I wont do the IUI , that Im sure of, and if we happen to BD when Im o'ing we will, but I am not going to force it. I know us and we likely will, but I feel like I wont be obsessing over it too much and I "think" Dh understands a little more...

Kara- He saw Dr. Sarah Girardi in Manhassest. I think its urology associates of manhassest. I have the phone number , I can FM it to you if your interested. I would highly recommend her again.
Dr. Chu said shes the only urologist she would trust. ( Dh wanted to see a Man versus a women) But we asked around and found out she treats a lot of infertility patients and suppossed to be one of the best in the field.
Dh almost passed out he was so nervous and she put him at ease in seconds. I wasnt fond of the office staff, they were rude and the wait was long once we got there, but the Dr. was well worth it and its a state of the art facility with a Lab and Cat scan machines all right in the office.

That'd be great Donna --- although NYC is easier for him and he is supposed to see a Dr. at Beth Israel, if he doesn't get on it I will make an appt. with Dr. Girardi.
