Friday night Official Hijack thread...
i'm in the mood to BS, but dont want to hijack anyones thread, so i figured i'd start a meaningless 'hijack away' thread.

it was sooo good. i usually dont like spicey foods (DH loves it though)... so i dint get anything curry or too spicey,,, but it was SOOO full of flavor- it was a nice change

i definitely couldnt see myself eating most of the stuff that was on the menu (i really have bland taste buds haha). oh AND my dinner had jalapenos in it (which it didnt mention on the menu ).. but i just pulled them off and i was fine.

I had Thai food once and I was wuss about it... I had something very mild...coconut pineapple fried rice I think...or something like that. Is that even Thai??

exactly!! we have the same crap all the time, but i guess we stick to what we know. so i think i was more excited about actually having something 'different' than the food itself

omg...I can't have ANY spicy food whatsoever!!  i made the mistake up putting in some spanish peppers (don't know the name of 'em)...in my sofrito, and let me tell you - i'm ready to just throw the whole batch out!!!

Yes!! i was thinking about getting that... then i looked at my azz and realized- it needed ALOT more than just Rice to sustain it

its sooo funny to me... DH is the only Irish boy i know that hates roast beef and mashed potatoes, and loves everything cajun and spicey.
