I pulled my back out
Im sitting here at work and got up and pulled my back out. what did I do stand up? So, I asked one of the girls here if she had any pain killers she has tylenol.  Im a allergic. But what they hey, right? So Ive been floating for a bit but got this terrible headache isnt that suppose to go away with tylenol? The pain is like my siatic nerve acting up I cannt sit down again, it hurts I cant stand in one place to long and I cant walk. where is my bed when I need it?

I htink you should go home and lay down.
No sitting ont he couch, no sitting at the computer chatting here..just straight bedrest to feel better.

I got little league practice today Im th ecoach. The pain is killing me I keep shifting in my seat to get comfy. I am even leaning over the desk hunched to help and its not working. i wish I could go home and lie down. Thank G-d I made dinner last night
