sorry i need to vent, about not being able to have a baby
i don't know how i can do this anymore. be happy for anyone around me having a baby. i try my hardest! today i found out that my dh cousin is having a baby and i tried to show happiness but i know she felt it was fake. i get so upset and i hate it. it's been 7 years now and it get's no easier for me. i was adopted so i know how that goes and no i don't feel that it's for me. i just hurts so much inside and it last for about a month then it goes away for a little while but the second i find out someone else is having one it's back. it kills me when my daughter tells me she hates being an only child and wants a baby brother or sister to play with or when dh brings it up just to say(not to hurt my feelings). i hate haing to go on meds just to make this hurt go away. it's not fair!
ty i just needed to vent!

It is so hard to watch people around you get something that you want so bad, and it seems so easy for them!!

ty sweety! i too wish it was fair! exspecially when it's someone who does not deserve to be a mom! i hate feeling like this but right now i am hurting so bad! it's not fair!

I am so sorry!!! I just noticed, though, that there is a new board--under TTC--called Infertility!
I have never tried to have a baby (though I'm afraid I will never be able to, as I'm getting older and am not married yet!) but they will definitely understand what you are going through!
Maybe they would know a doctor or something who could help? or at least, talk to you as someone who understands?
You are such a great mom, you deserve to have another baby!  I don't know what to say... I hope you feel better soon!

Janet, I'm so sorry that you're feeling like this. Just remeber that you have a beautiful little gilr and that although you want to have another child you have a healthy little girl who loves you very much. I will keep you in my paryers and hope that you feel better soon!

I know and understand how you feel. I've been trying myself with no success. Meanwhile DH's SIL just had her third child, my brother's wife is expecting, my best friend is expecting, DH's cousin's wife is expecting. Just about everyone I know is expecting but me.
So I know how you feel and it's not easy when you have to show you are happy for them but are sad inside cuz it's not you that's expecting.

I am sorry you are feeling like this. It is hard. I got sick last year and was on meds and couldnt even try to have a baby. I'm married almost 6 years and when I tell people I dont have kids yet, they look at me like I have ten heads. We didnt try earlier due to financial reasons and simply, we weren't ready yet! Its hard to deal with.
Then we got the phone call about my SIL being pg and honestly, I broke down. Luckily, DH was so supportive and told me "Everything happens for a reason and our time will come."
My younger sister even has a baby! I am so happy for them now and love my nephew to pieces. It took a while to grasp.
Your time will come! We are here for you!!!

Janet,
I totally understand how you feel. We are going through the same thing right now and I am not sure if I am even going to be able to get PG. Hearing about other's pregnancies is really depressing, yet you have to act happy for them.
The only thing I can say is be thankful you do have your daughter and maybe things will change at some point. Hopefully.

ty all for your support. the new board though will not help me as to i have no parts to even try to have a baby. i had cancer and it was all taken out.my girlfriend said she would carry one for me but i don't know if i go put her through such a hard ordeal. i do feel a little better today and it will be ok. i know i had to have the surgery to safe my life. there has been talks of transplanting of a uterus but not any successful as of yet. and i know it would have to be a mom or a sister that would doanate but that's not possible. i go through this from time to time then i get over it. but it always will come back. again i thank you all for letting me vent about this!

Janet, I'm really sorry you are feeling this way...I feel the same way....each month the disappointment of not getting a BFP crushes me. Just hang in there....all of here have good hearts and deserve to be (and will be one way or the other!) mommies soon!!!

Hang in there! My mom went through what you are. She had me and devloped severe end stage cervical cancer when I was 3. She had a complete hysterectomy at 29. I know it was hard for her. She never married after my dad I think because of it.
I am glad to hear at least you can shower your daughter with love. Have you ever thought of adopting?

I read your post and I can relate a little. I have a 2 1/2 year old and we have been TTC for a year with bad luck. Everyone around me is PG, all the other mothers in my sons class are PG, everyone I know who had a baby same time as me is PG again. I am very grateful that I have a son, but the thought of not being able to have another makes me sick.
I know your situtaion is VERY different and I am not trying to compare. I read that you were adopted and that you dont think adoption would be an option for you. Maybe you can explore why? There are so many babies just dying to have a mama, I am sure as much as you are dying to have a baby-if not more. I also think about being a foster mom sometimes, but that comes with a whole nother type of luggage. But probably its own rewards too.
But the power of venting is amazing and feel free to vent any time you need to. If it gets to the point where your having trouble more, medication is not the worst thng, but in your situation counsleing might be just as (if not more) helpful.

I wish I had the words to make your pain go away. You are a wonderful person who does a lot of wondeful things. You coach the soccer league for those boys, drive a school bus during the summer and make it fun by doing a theme. You also have a great husband and daughter who loves you. You are a positive and upbeat person who always has something nice to say or share on here. I always look forward to seeing your threads because I know their is something from the heart being shared.
Some of the ladies on here are going through the same thing so always know you have a support group here who you can turn to with questions and a group of ladies who are always here to listen.

you always have the nicest things to say! (all of you do). just wanted to say everyday it does get easier for me after my little melt down. i love you girls! you all help someone at any given time over any giving subject. i know i have not been on alot latly it's because of camp. by the time i get home it's about 6. i have the longest route with 3 kids on it . i drive out to a little town called new suffolk (it's almost on the tip of the north fork. so i am shot by the time i get home. so again thank you all for all your support! i will say hi when i can!
