WW CORE PLAN ?
Is anyone followiing WW CORE ?
I did it over a year ago and was losing nicely, and then got preggo
so im jumping back on the wagon now. Id love some team support or if anyone wants to know more, Id love to share info/websites, etc.

I have done core in the past. I really like it. I just started WW again on Saturday so I started with points. I like to do points until I hit a plateau and then I switch to core, I find it jump starts you. But I always like to hear of new ideas for core!! Good luck!

I am still doing research on this myself...
From what I know, the Core plan consists of certain foods that you don't have to count points for and you can have an un-limited amount (until you are satisfied). You can have whole wheat products only and I *think* one serving a day.
On the points system, you have to count what you're eating and keep track. It depends on what will go with your lifestyle.
