I read somewhere that it was great, so I ordred it for $8.09 from DeepDiscountdvd.com. No tax and free shipping. I am looking forward to getting it- I hope it is good- I hear it is pretty challenging . . .

It is a great workout! I haven't done it in a while...I'll probably start adding it to my FIRM routine.

I actually bought this today and did it. It's a cool DVD because there are a few different workouts to choose from. I did the warm up, high impact aerobic section and the cool down. I definitely liked it and am going to use this as well as my "Firm" tape. Tomorrow I'll do another section of the DVD.
