The going price is actually much higher on the internet/online. 
That's the Yankees vs. Mets in the Middle of June. Those tickets are VERY expensive.

Ok, I'll stop now...
Yes, they are in demand tickets but I would pay that for games toward the end of the season.
Good luck selling. Stub hub is a good option. Funny, last night before the game there were still good seats available on Stub hub. I thought that was nuts. There were empty seats in the field boxes.

I never make comments on other people's posts if I think what they sell is too expensive, looks ugly, etc... unless this is a poll/question.
Why the need to comment?
