Do you need to still take prenatal vitamins if you are not BF anymore?

I think you could probably just go back to a regular vitamin if you're not BF. I am still taking mine since my prescription is still good and I am planning on TTC again at some point this year.

I am BF and my Doc kept me on the Prenatal Vits. If I were to stop BF, I could then stop taking them.

I stopped after about 6 weeks only because I had a bunch and my nails and hair were growing so nicely onec baby was out - lol. There is no reason though....I went back to regular vitamins once my prescription ran out.
