Interesting meeting with a RE today....
DH and I have been TTCing for over 4 years. We never did anything really radical yet b/c we still have time. But, my endo put me on Metformin almost 4 years ago to regulate my cycles and the RE today thought that was a really long time to never have gotten pregnant. So, he said, he would have taken me off of it.
His plan of action is very interesting...he wants to perform a sonogram and and a biopsy of my uterus and see if there is anything else going on. Then if all is well, induce a period and then on to clomid. We will baby dance with the clomid and if that doesn't work on to 4 IUIs because that is the protocal with my insurance before IVF.
He seemed pretty confident that if the only problem is ovulation then we should get pregnant pretty "easily" I use that word losely!
Anyway, I feel somewhat better b/c at least I have a direction now. And it comes at a good time b/c we are really ready to have a baby.

YAY! I hope your doc is right and you do get preggo "easily" that would be most wonderful!
