My back hurts sooooo bad from coughing...
ANyone have this happen?? Should I put ice on it or ben-gay?

yes you probably pulled a muscle form coughing so much!! put a pillow behind your back.

i wouldnt put ice if oyur sick or have a cold. u can put ben-gay. take asprin. it will go away in a couple of days feel better

I was thinking a hot water bottle would be good. I just used it when I was sick for my cough. Also mucinex worked to clear up teh cough.
