Classes at Gym - 1st Timer

Hi,

I've never taken a class at my gym before. They have a ton, all of which sould great and effective, but I'm ashamed to admit that I'm slightly embarassed and afraid that I will end up being such a spaz and not knowing how to do anything!

People who take classes, is there a learning curve? Do you get the hang of it fairly quickly? Most of these classes specify that they're suitable for all levels, so I know they're beginner-friendly, but I'm not exactly the most coordinated person!

I was scared to take classes for th efirst time...especially when it came to the spinning class. I caught on pretty good.
I would start at a beginner class if they offer it and take it till you feel more comfortable with a harder class
