Yes sneakers are a must. Flip flops are really bad for you especially if you will be doing lots or walking ( and you will be!)

if you go on a roller coaster with flip flops on, they make u take them off. no biggie, i do it all the time!

I always have a bathing suit under my clothes. There aren't a ton of water rides, but the ones they have will definitely get you wet. I also always wear flip-flops and just take them off for rollercoasters. There's nothing worse than walking around with wet sneakers.
