Is Chinese food okay?
A little late...I already ate it. But is there anything bad in it? I had lo mein.

I don't know. I never thought about it.
I wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure its just salty or something but harmless and you don't eat it everyday.

absolutely...ask for no MSG since it's sodium...too much salt will makeyou retain water

As long as your digestive system can tolerate it, I think it's fine. No MSG though.

Whenever I ate it, my ankles blew up...
I just ate it last night and my ankles were horrid. I didnt even make the connection till I just read this thread.
