Try Hugglies size 1 BABY CUT. The baby cut is smaller than regular size 1s.

How much does she weigh?
Ali was out of Pampers N, within 2 weeks of being born, she only weighed 7lbs 2 oz when she was born.
The size 1 were big, but she never leaked.

She's exploding out the bottom or the top?
If it's the top, tighten the diaper. If it's the bottom, definitely try the huggies or luvs.

my DD was/is the same way. She exploded out of newborns, but seemed too small still for size 1s. When i finally switched, she was only in size 1s for a couple weeks.
I wished i switched much earlier than i did, would have saved me alot of poopy clothes
My DD has thunder thighs and a small waist, so i wind up just making the swaddlers tight around her waist, and it looks like the leg part will leak, but they haven't yet when i go up a size.
DD always exploded out the back, and the sides.
I'd move to size 1s and save some laundry
