Yoga Classes- In nassau?
I want to do something different and change my workouts and hear yoga is great. I also got my boss to do this with me. We both live in Bethpage/Plainview area and wondering if there is a place nearby that offers the classes.

I love Bikram (hot) yoga and theres a place in woodbury called Oasis Yoga that is good

NYSC has several different ones...at least the one by my house does. I walk there, do my yoga and walk to Haggen Dazz or Dunkin.

The only yoga class I took was the Bikram (hot) Yoga in Rockville Centre.
