Im home today UPDATE
Back STILL hurts. There is no way im going in and lifting little kiddies.
Going to Dr. and hoping to get some meds to help relieve the pain..
TY all for your hugs yesterday.
I went to bed @ like 8:30 last night and was up from 3AM on...UUUGGH..
My "routine" is all outta whack.
*****UPDATE****
Well, im back and the dr. thinks it sciatica or possibly a slipped disk I think its more on the sciatica "side"..Gave me meds and a note for work, for the week
I have vacation next week. I called my boss and left a VM that im going to try and be in by Wed.
I cannot miss all this time and there is NO WAY im missing vacation either!!
Just thought I'd give an update.

Feel better! Have you tried those sticky heat pads they sell in CVS? Those always help when I have a backache.

TY everyone...right now I have on the "Icy Hot" patch..its helping a bit.
Also popped a Tylenol with codeine, so, I should be sleepy soon.
