We're planning our trip to Dutch Wonderland...
and I need geography help!
We want to go to the Stasburg RR (for a Day out with "Thomas the Train" ) and to Dutch Wonderland. My girlfriend and her DH also want to go on the Hershey Factory Tour (I'm pretty sure this is more for *them* than our almost 3 year olds )
Anyway... does anyone know the distance between Strasburg RR and Hershey? Would it make more sense (driving wise) to go to either one first?? We want to do this the 1st day and we plan to stay over right by DW so that's the 2nd day.
TIA!

I dont have help as far as geography but I have 4 coupons for $2.00 of admission to Dutch Wonderland and $1.00 of Hershey's Chocolate world and 8.00 off Hershey Park. I am not using them so if you would like them let me know or anyone else who could use them.

I am pretty sure Strasberg is closer to Dutch Wonderland so you probably want to go to Hershey first.

Re: We're planning our trip to Dutch Wonderland...
We've been to Strasburg RR (a couple times) and stayed across the street from Dutch Wonderland... they are very close... maybe 10 minutes. Strasburg RR is fun! my kids loved it... we went in the dining car and had lunch! Hershey park is about 45 minutes from Dutch Wonderland. Try the Plain & Fancy rest... it's family dining... you sit at a big table with a bunch of people and they bring out a bunch of food that you pass around.. we thought it was a little wierd at first, but it was fun and yummy!! Kitchen Kettle Village is cool.. there is a children's museum there too.... The Red Caboose Motel is fun if your kids are into trains, like my son is.. they have a restaurant there too where you eat in a train. The best part was how excited my son got whenever he saw a Amish horse buggy.. it was hilarious! I'll let you know if I think of anything else also, if you stay at the Red Caboose, the train tracks for Strasburg go right through there, so you can see Thomas allllll day long... my son LOVED that!
