This Commercial Tugs At My Heart-----Anyone Else?
its an anti-smoking commercial. with a little girl, Krystall, age 9.
(its one of those Real-Life people one vs. actors wiht a script)
and she is so sweet. she says "all my friends say they want to be like their moms when they grow up but i cant say that cuz then theyd think i want to start smoking when i'm 10"
then vhtey cut to her mom----obviously very sick with either cancer or emphasymia, etc.
then they go back to her and she says "i think if i was her i would die b/c i have tried to hold my breath and not breathe and i cant do it"
the last thing of course is they write on the screen "smoking killed krystalls mom"
im guessing the mom died shortly after they shot the commercial.
it was just the saddest most pitiful commercial i havqe ever seen. i just want to give this little girl a big hug.
has anyone else seen this one??? i only see it late nites on wb11

makes me glad I stopped smoking last year. it's been a really hard road, but let me tell you it's commercials like that, that keep me from going back. i have a little girl tooooo and that specific commercial tears me up.

saw it, I hope its an eye opener for future smokers. Not to do it! since we know now that NONE Of us are safe- You can DIE from second hand smoking too!
