Good News on 4 month follow up
Went to see my OBGYN this week for the four month follow up since CJ was born. He said I am healing right on schedule and things are looking good. He also spoke to us about where we are mentally since CJ died and if we could handle another pregnancy. He sees no reason why we wouldn't be able to start TTC soon and hopes we can conceive as easily as we did before.
Oh, and the major part of this good news is I probably won't have to deliver as early as he originally thought. Since they had to get to CJ quickly and he was so small, I had the c-section where the incision is up and down (not across) so he mentioned I may only get to 32 weeks in future pregnancies. He told us this week that I will probably be able to get to 36 or 37 weeks which made me feel so much better about trying to have another baby.

That is such great news! Im so glad to hear everything is right on track, especially about being able to carry more to term. 36-37 weeks would be perfect, thats got to ease your mind a lot...I hope so anyway.
No baby could ever, will ever replace CJ, but I am praying that you two get a BFP soon after TTC again and I cant wait to be a part of it all!
Sounds like you have a good dr by the way!

Such great news!!! I'm glad you and DH are healing well...especially mentally!!
I was watching one of those baby shows and they talked about the incision in a C-Section and when it's the up/down one, you can even deliver naturally! Amazing! One woman had #1 C-section and #2 and 3 naturally!!!
I pray for you all the time! Can't wait to hear when you'll be officially TTC again!

Do you remember what show you saw this on? It is written all over my paperwork that "This patient is NEVER to go through a trial of labor". Even my current OBGYN confirmed that to me. I'm curious now.....

I think I saw something like that on the show called "Birth Day" on the Discovery Health Channel. Each show deals with a different pregnancy topic while following 2-3 pg women. It comes on at least 4 times a day during the week.
